The Administrator may process the following categories of personal data: identification data, address data, contact data and possibly other data, if they are necessary for the purposes for which the Administrator processes data.

Personal data may be processed by the Administrator, which is the legitimate interest of the Administrator on the basis as below, for the following purposes:

1. performance of the contract that you have concluded with the Administrator, or taking action at your request, before concluding the contract – pursuant to art. 6 paragraph 1point (b) of the GDPR;
2. conducting direct marketing of the Administrator's products and services, which is a legitimate interest of the Administrator – pursuant to art. 6 paragraph 1 point (f) of the GDPR;
3. answering to your inquiries or correspondence addressed to the Administrator, which is a legitimate interest of the Administrator – pursuant to art. 6 paragraph 1 point (f) of the GDPR;
4. fulfilling legal obligations incumbent on the Administrator – pursuant to art. 6 paragraph 1 point (c) of the GDPR;
5. pursuing claims or defending against claims, which is a legitimate interest of the Administrator – pursuant to art. 6 paragraph 1 point (f) of the GDPR;
6. enabling participation in recruitment processes carried out by the Administrator currently and in the future, if the Administrator has received an appropriate notification – pursuant to art. 6 paragraph 1 point (b) of the GDPR or art. 6 paragraph 1 point (a) of the GDPR (if the candidate has consented to the processing of their data).

The Administrator processes personal data that come from you or an entity with which you are associated.

The Administrator may process data from other entities, if you have consented to their disclosure to the Administrator.

The Administrator may also process data from publicly available sources.

The Administrator may share personal data with its subcontractors (entities whose services are used by the Administrator in processing), such as:

1. IT service providers;
2. entities providing accounting services;
3. entities providing marketing services.

The Administrator is also entitled to share personal data with other entities, if such an obligation results from the provisions of law.

The Administrator is also entitled to share personal data with entities participating in the implementation of the concluded contract, if it is necessary for the performance of the contract.

Administrator does not transfer personal data outside the European Economic Area, except for sharing Google LLC data, which processes data on behalf of the Administrator in connection with the Administrator's use of Google Analytics. The transfer of data outside the European Economic Area as part of the use of this service takes place on the basis of standard contractual clauses.

The Administrator may store your personal data for the following periods:

1. in the case of data processed in order to perform the contract or take action at your request – for the period required by law and the period necessary to pursue own claims or defend against claims made against the Administrator
2. in the case of data processed for the purpose of marketing – until objection to their processing for this purpose, withdrawal of consent or until the Administrator decides to delete them;
3. in the case of data processed in order to respond to your inquiries or correspondence – for a period of 3 years from the moment of sending the inquiry or correspondence;
4. in the case of data processed in order to fulfill legal obligations incumbent on the Administrator – for the period required by law;
5. in the case of data processed for the purpose of pursuing claims or defending against claims, for the period of limitation of potential claims;
6. in the case of data processed in order to conduct recruitment processes – for the period of conducting a given recruitment process (if the processing was based on art. 6 paragraph 1 point (b) of the GDPR or for a period of 5 years from the collection of data (if the processing was based on art. 6 paragraph 1 point (a) of the GDPR.
7. Rights of data subjects

You have the following rights:

1. the right to access the personal data provided and the right to obtain a copy thereof;
2. the right to correct personal data;
3. the right to erase personal data;
4. the right to request to limit the processing of personal data;
5. the right to transfer personal data;
6. the right to object to the processing of personal data;
7. the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority;

In the event that the processing of data takes place on the basis of consent, the User to whom the data relates also has the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data at any time. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
